Ownership of the successful implementation of customer Cloud projects
Manage and protect the assigned customer base and revenue.
Serving as a single point-of-contact for Cloud Guard project timelines and resource coordination
Help with field enablement activities to ensure that Check Point and partner salespeople can articulate the Cloud Security offering, including the Customer Success program
Regular and proactive interaction with customers, partners and Check Point resources
Provide customers and partners with best practices and guidelines associated with Cloudguard project implementation.
Coordinate onsite and remote assistance for customers as required.
Ensure customer and partner technology training.
Escalation to relevant customer, partner and internal Check Point resources to ensure timely issue resolution.
Daily updating of project status within the Cloudguard project management portal and proactive reporting to customers, partners and Check Point resources on project status
Qualifications

Experience:
5+ years of customer service/facing experience
Familiarity with CRM and ticketing/program management systems - Advantage
