JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a highly driven individual to manage relationships with our partner hospitals. As the primary link and growth partner between the Cloudphysician operations team (which includes the clinical team) and our partner hospitals, your role will be to ensure that our partner hospitals are realizing the value that we bring to them, improving their brand visibility and helping them increase patient footfall from their communities. You will extensively travel in your assigned area and meet with partner hospitals frequently. You will have to be comfortable operating with great autonomy and you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital healthcare environment, which is the way healthcare delivery is moving towards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Hygiene of account management including farming the account. Be the main point of contact and responsible for maintaining strong relationships with partner hospitals
Onboarding partner hospitals and aligning them for success
Revenue growth from existing partner hospitals; driving customer success
Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Increase customer satisfaction by understanding business needs and providing additional support, solutions and resources
Closely coordinate with cross functional teams, nursing, doctors, customer support and technology teams and prepare monthly reports on the impact created by Cloudphysician, action items and operations data that is useful for the partner hospital
Co-branding and helping drive higher occupancy and growth for partner hospitals
Following up on invoices, payments and collections PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES
Post graduate degree from a premier university
Knowledge of customer success processes
Highly organized and able to multitask
Self-driven and proactive nature
