Roles & Responsibilities

What will you be doing

Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensure they achieve their goals, and foster a long-term relationship.

Relationship-building, sales, and negotiation skills.

Tailor the onboarding experience to meet the specific needs and objectives of each customer.

Full Stack Engineer

  • Reach out to potential leads through emails, calls, or social media interactions.
  • Conduct calls or meetings to understand the lead's needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Match the company's products or services to the lead's specific needs and challenges.
  • Clearly articulate the unique value proposition and competitive advantages of the product or service.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Manage the sales process from lead qualification to closing the deal.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process.

Must Have Skills

  • Sales accumen
  • Strong innovative-thinking (up-to-date with emerging technologies)
  • A strong knowledge of discovering customer pain points
