Who We're Looking For:
We're in search of a reliable and confident individual to engage and support our global customers. Your role Showcase your Rocketlane expertise, assist customers, and make our product their favourite. You're the kind of person who digs into customer problems by asking the right questions, understanding their needs, and troubleshooting their problems while going to extents to interact with internal teams to bring about a closure to customer problems.
As the bridge between customers and our behind-the-scenes teams like engineering and product, your clear communication will help internal teams grasp customer needs, while also ensuring customers understand our product plans. Empathy for customer issues is a must, as you'll be representing the face of the company. We need someone focused on customer success, translating to our companys success.
