We are seeking a Customer Success Executive to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in a similar role in the Indian job market and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints via email, phone, and chat
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Provide product knowledge and support to customers
- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in customer service or customer success role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Proficient in MS Office and customer service software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
