We are seeking a Customer Success Executive to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in a similar role in the Indian job market and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries and complaints via email, phone, and chat
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide product knowledge and support to customers
  • Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate teams
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1-4 years of experience in customer service or customer success role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Proficient in MS Office and customer service software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
