Position- Customer Success Executive
- Location- Jaipur, Ludhiana , Vijyawada
- Qualification- BTech (CS,IT, ECE, Instrumentation and EEE) can be considered
- Working - Monday- Saturday
- Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end implementation of the School ERP system for clients.
- Conduct training sessions for teachers, administrative staff, and management to ensure effective use of the ERP system.
Assess usage, gather feedback, and provide ongoing support to the school via online interactions (web and telephonic support)- Manage client accounts to ensure timely collections and address any billing issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and activities in the CRM system.
Must Have -
- Strong communication in english
Available to join within 15 days of selection;- Flexible to travel to client sites near by
Rise to the need of customers to solve business problems
- Keen on a 6 day work week
