Responsibilities:- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition to using our products and services
Act as a trusted advisor, proactively identifying client needs and recommending solutions- Manage client relationships, fostering open communication and building trust
Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure client success
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving additional revenue
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product) to ensure a seamless customer experience- Develop and deliver training materials to help clients get the most out of our offerings
Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
Bachelor's degree in , Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer success or account management role
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM software a plus
* Deep understanding of the IT industry (a plus)
