Job Title:- Customer Success Executive

Experience:- 2-3 years

Location:- Gurgaon, Haryana

Key Skills:- Renewals B2C, Retention, Tele- sales

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Executive. As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing excellent customer support, managing customer accounts, and utilizing your analytical skills to identify and address customer needs.

1) Should have zeal for renewalssales.

2) Good communication skills.

3) Sales skills are must.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Customer Support skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in the energy or mobility industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
