Job Details
Product support engineers handle technical requests filed by our clients. Their primary responsibility is troubleshooting and resolving errors, and throughout their work, they must constantly log details for later reports and to provide customers with updates. When not fixing issues, they assist other engineers by contributing to the development and improving processes.
What we are looking for
Relevant experience in production support (Cloud Support)
Experience working in Cloud-infrastructure
Experience in Public cloud - AWS/Azure/GCP
Orchestration and Containerization tools like Docker/Nomad/Kubernetes
Comfortable working in a Linux environment
What you will be learning and doing
Perform all tests on production applications and prepare recovery procedures for all applications and provide upgrades to same.
Analyze all business processes and ensure compliance with all controlled processes according to business requirements.
Monitor and provide support to workflows and provide expert knowledge on all workflow designs.
Provide 247 operational support to all production practices on holidays and weekends.
Monitor all alerts and escalate all issues for all procedures and systems.
Coordinate with various teams and raise support tickets for all issues, analyze root causes and assist in the efficient resolution of all production processes.
