Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and interactions via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and helpful assistance to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Coordinate and schedule interactions between customers and stakeholders efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain organize records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned, gaining exposure to various aspects of our business operations.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in client facing roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and team members.
- Excellent multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
