Job Title: Customer Success Associate
Overview: The Customer Success Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and support for our organization. As a key member of the leadership team, the specialist will help craft our customer success strategies, building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with cross-functional leaders internally to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences. CSRs are expected to maintain a positive and professional image of the company while delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interactions: Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person to address their queries, concerns, and requests.
- Problem Resolution: Listen to customer issues and work diligently to resolve them promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Communication: Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, colleagues, and other departments to relay information, resolve issues, and provide updates.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Complaint Handling: Address customer complaints in a patient and empathetic manner, finding appropriate solutions to resolve their concerns.
- Board Meetings: Attending Board Meetings which may be held during Business hours or non Business hours.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, sales & marketing preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Patience and empathy in dealing with customer issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.

Working Hours: Night Shift (Monday-Saturday)
Work Timings: 9 PM- 6 AM
