Your Role:
- Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to address their issues about products they procure from Plantix
- Gather feedback about customer's experience in using our services.
- Conduct outbound calls to customers in the selected regions to collect feedback and market intelligence about various agricultural products
- Record and document, issues, feedback, or concerns raised by customers accurately and thoroughly in the system
- Collaborate with the different departments to ensure customer issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude during interactions to enhance customer success and brand loyalty.
- Provide regular reports or summaries of customer feedback.
- Lead Verification and Product Market research as per requirement.
- Regular testing on the Crop doctor app for various updates.
- Collection of retailer shop and product information from retailers and updating the same in Database
Your Profile:
- Degree in Bsc. or Msc. Agriculture/Botany/Chemistry is a must.
- Language Proficiencies: English,Hindi and Kannada is a must.
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support.
- Experience in agri-sales would be preferred.
- Good knowledge about agricultural products.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills to manage and document customer feedback efficiently.
- Ability to actively listen, empathize, and address customer concerns effectively.
- Experience in Zoho will be a great advantage.
