Intervue is on a mission to change the way the world Inter[vue]s forever. We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to help us realize this mission on the ground. Broad R&R would include :
a) Partnering closely with Sales in ensuring unparalleled and differentiated CX for our Clients and Prospects
b) Help Onboard New Clients and create a Vision Match differentiation
c) Own a Typical Renewal Cycle [ SKO, QBR, Ask@90 etc]
d) Act as a constant feedback loop between the Clients and cross functional teams [ Product, GTM, Ops] to ensure incremental increase in CX.
1-2 Years of Experience in Customer Success in B2B Tech space should hold you in good stead.
PS : Please note that this role is based in Bengaluru and we come to office from Monday to Friday!
