We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to join the CS team at Fundamento and work on active client projects, enabling the team with data & product related support.

What the role entails

• Bot Workflow Development: Write workflows which are conversation scripts for the bot in Hindi & English. (to simplify the task, we will train you on how to use platforms like Chatgpt).
• Auditing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough audits of the workflows to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Testing and Optimization: Assist in testing bot workflows across different platforms and devices to identify and resolve any issues or bugs. Continuously optimise workflows based on user feedback and performance metrics.
• Documentation and Reporting: Document any comments, improvements, errors and report the same.

Desired candidate profile

• Recently completed a degree in any field.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Decent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning.
