Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling International Chat processes with excellent English communication skills.
  • Contacting existing and prospective customers.
  • Gathering customer information and understanding their needs.
  • Resolving customer queries and issues related to products and services.

Qualifications:

  • PUC (12th)/Diploma (3 years)/Undergraduates/Graduates from any stream (including BE/B.Tech).
  • Freshers and candidates with BPO or non-BPO experience are welcome to apply.

Salary Range: Up to INR 4 LPA + Incentives (Voice Process)
