LotusData is seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Customer Success and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our SaaS team that provides unique and essential features to no code developers on no-code platforms. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience from onboarding to daily use while also driving our digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and can effectively use our product.
Conduct training sessions and create instructional content to help customers get the most out of our features.
Provide timely and efficient support to customers, resolving non-technical issues and escalating technical issues to the appropriate team.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions promptly.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase product visibility and attract new customers.
Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor performance metrics.
Assist in creating and distributing email marketing campaigns, blog posts, and other promotional materials.
Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the product development team to help improve our offerings.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to suggest innovative ideas for product enhancements.
Basic knowledge of JavaScript or a willingness to learn is highly beneficial for understanding product integrations and troubleshooting simple issues.
