Position: Customer Services -Operation

Location: Mulund / Bhandup

Role:

We are looking for a Customer Services Operation to front our direct-to-consumer business. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and fun working environment.

Qualifications:

Graduation in Hospitality Management or Culinary Arts & Sciences

Excellent communication skills

Basic proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools

Duties and Responsibilities:

Gain in-depth knowledge of the cheese business after training, includingunderstanding all products and their applications

Book and record orders (Direct-to-Consumer business vertical) received through all sales channels (WhatsApp, Email, Website, and Calls)

Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders

Ensure customers receive timely updates on their orders

Build and maintain relationships with customers

Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently

Keep customers updated on the latest products and launched

Communicate customer feedback and insights about products and services with thedigital and business development teams

Submit weekly and monthly MIS reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 18,000.00 - 22,000.00 per month

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Frontline: 1 year (Required)
• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
