Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Services Advisor - Offshore. As a Customer Services Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of service quality. This role is based in our Preet Vihar location.

Qualifications

  • Customer-focused Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Excellent Telephone Manner
  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • Experience in a similar customer service role is preferred
  • Knowledge of tools and hardware products is a plus

Salary: Competitive as per market approx 3.5 Lac PA.
