We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in customer service and must be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. This position is based in India.
Responsibilities
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
