Brief Description:
We are seeking dedicated Customer Support Executives to manage customer grievances and address their queries, requests, or complaints. As a pivotal member of our team, you will handle diverse inquiries ranging from product delivery inquiries to returns processing. The ideal candidate will possess persuasive skills to retain customers while providing comprehensive resolutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from customers
Address customer queries, requests, or complaints promptly and professionally via phone and email
Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction
Provide accurate product and service information to customers
Utilize available resources to research and gather necessary information
Follow up with customers as committed or when necessary to ensure resolution
Maintain detailed documentation of call interactions and resolutions
Key Competencies and Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Typing speed of at least 28 words per minute with 90% accuracy
Exceptional listening skills with a knack for problem-solving and analysis
Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality support
Negotiation skills to handle various customer scenarios effectively
Adaptability and sound judgment in managing diverse customer interactions
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree preferred; however, undergraduates with a minimum of 1 year of BPO experience will be considered
Proficiency with relevant computer applications and systems
Demonstrated proficiency in typing skills
Prior experience in customer support or related roles is advantageous
