Customer Service - Voice Process

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Voice to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work well under pressure.

• Location : Goregaon w Mumbai
• Salary : 20 to 30k
• Experience : 1 to 5 years
• Shift timing are 10 am to 7 pm

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate teams
• Continuously improving customer service by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience with customer service software and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
