Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Team Lead at a Reputed BPO Company located in Vadodara. As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. You will develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and resolve complex customer issues. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and provide training and coaching to team members.

Shift : 10am-7pm & 2 week offs
