Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Executive for our International Blended (Inbound/Email) process. The role involves handling inbound calls and responding to customer emails, addressing inquiries, and providing efficient solutions. The ideal candidate must have at least 12 months of experience in an international voice process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound customer calls and respond to customer emails.
  • Provide timely and accurate information to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Handle billing, technical, and general customer support queries.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing professional and efficient service.
  • Update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 12+ months of experience in international voice process.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask and manage inbound calls and emails simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
