We are seeking a Customer Service Support to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, complaints, and other concerns. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation. This is a full-time position based in India.
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via email and phone
- Providing information about our products and services
- Assisting customers with their orders and deliveries
- Handling and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other teams to improve customer service processes and procedures
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
