Role: Customer Service Specialist
Location: Hustle Hub Tech Park, HSR Layout, Bangalore
Shift Timing: US Shift (8 PM - 6 AM)
Working days: Weekly off on any 1-day
CTC: 6 LPA ( Fixed 4.2L + Allowance 0.5L + Incentive 1.3L)
Responsibilities
- Conducting presales activities and contributing to business development
- Engaging with prospective clients through calls and online chat to understand their needs and scheduling their demo session
- Executing diverse growth and lead-generation initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Proven track record in selling to US/UK customers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Sales, Presales, BPO, or Voice Processing
- Possession of a laptop for work purposes
- Availability to work during the US shift (8 PM to 6 AM)
- Immediate readiness to join our Bangalore office in HSR Layout
