We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service Specialist to support our client, an Immigration Attorney, in Hyderabad/Noida.

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Specialist supporting an Immigration Attorney at Staffingly, Inc., you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking immigration services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for all interactions. Your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients seeking immigration services, providing timely and accurate information.

Issue Resolution: Resolve client issues and complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and transactions.

Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and the Immigration Attorney to ensure smooth operations.

Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback and relay it to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure all client queries are resolved and they are satisfied with our services.

On-site Support: Provide on-site support as needed, ensuring a personal touch in customer service.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in the legal or immigration industry.

US Client Experience: Some experience working with US-based clients is required.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.

Customer Focus: A strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
