Job Description

We are India's leading dispute resolution Company, led by IIT-IIM-MIT alumni and an award winning team featured in CNBC and several print media. The company has its corporate office in Noida and branch offices in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad & Kolkata.

ELIGIBILITY - Minimum 6-12 months experience; Must be comfortable/fluent in Tamil AND Hindi (for conversation with clients)

LOCATION - Chennai

Key responsibilities:

1. Chat & talk to clients to provide resolution to their problems

2. Assist our lawyers to achieve the resolution objectives of the client

3. Provide excellent service to clients and ensure client retention

4. Help clients in dispute resolution through mediation

5. Assist clients in negotiation/discussions with stakeholders
