Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Meerut. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and providing a positive customer experience. You will use your phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with customers and resolve any issues they may have.
