Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Vasant Vihar for a Customer Service Specialist at ISAAC LUXE (Aesthetic India Pvt. Ltd). The Customer Service Specialist will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about our products and services. The Specialist will handle and resolve customer complaints, and track and follow up on customer interactions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet in a dynamic environment
• Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt and respond quickly to different types of customers and situations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus
• Freshers with Good communication Skills are welcomed
