Customer Service Sales Representative

Our services include preliminary production reports, permit designs, as-builts, PE stamps, interconnection, permitting, monitoring, and PTO applications. This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Sales Representative. The Customer Service Sales Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting and selling solar services, handling inquiries and resolving customer issues, and achieving sales targets. The Customer Service Sales Representative will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
