We are seeking experienced candidates with a background of sales from banking, customer service or call centres for positions as operations executives or customer support representatives.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Graduation in any degree or 12th grade minimum
2+ years of experience in sales process/customer service role of similar capacity.
Strong knowledge of operations or Customer Service principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership abilities and track record of driving operational excellence.
Effective communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
