Customer Service Sales Representative -US Voice Process

Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Sales Representative in our International Voice Process, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional sales and customer support to our global clientele. You will be responsible for addressing sales, inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience during US business hours. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team!

You will be responsible for :

• Semi-Voice Process, via email and outbound calling.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize Sales.
• Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
• Pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.
• We are building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
• Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
• Professionally handling outbound calls.
• Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
• Escalating customer feedback as required.

Ideal Candidate :

• You are a fresher or have experience within a Customer Service, Telesales or Sales (B2C) role, ideally within the IT industry.
• You possess excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
• Excellent English Communication
• Working Hours: 9 hrs shift- NIGHT SHIFT
• Working Days: 6
• Salary will be dependent on English communication and relevant experience.
• Walk-in-interview at the office
• Only Office working.
• Only immediate Joining .
