Position: Customer Service Representative - US Banking Voice Process
Location: Noida
Salary : 6 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries, account-related concerns, and banking transactions via phone.
Provide accurate and efficient resolution of customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, and policies.
Document interactions and transactions accurately for record-keeping purposes.
Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high-quality standards.
Interested ones with relevant prior experience in a US/UK Banking Process/ US Banking Collection Experience can apply. (Min. 01 year experience)
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Prior experience in US/UK Banking Process.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to empathize and build rapport with customers.
Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate various software applications.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
