1 Customer Service Representative: Online loan Application process Providing support to customers who need help regarding Loan application process
providing general guidance for the KYC updating
collecting the pending documents who have already applied for loans in the bank portal through online.
Evaluate loan application with their documents like Personal and Business ID documents proof.
Collect all important documents from the client like ITR, PAN and Aadhar details, GST.
Communicate with the customer to Verify given information are right sources of document and update in the tracker.
Before closing the application always discuss with the customer for the final Correction of the file and review it.
Education- 12th pass/Any Degree
Experience- Fresher/ Telle calling Experience.
Skills-
Strong listening, communicating, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of detail to review and verify documents
Comfortable problem solving while also creating an enjoyable experience for our customers.
Able to document customer service calls efficiently and with detail.
Candidate compulsorily must speak Hindi and English with other languages.
Computer knowledge is a mandatory.
