Customer Service Representative

Location: Udyog Vihar, Phase 1, Gurugram

Shifts: Rotational

Working Days: 6 days

Incentives: Based on performance

Budget: 3-4 LPA

Experience: 6 months to 2 years in sales

Key Requirement: Fluent English communication and written skills

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms

The candidate should have their own vehicle as we don't provide any cabs.
