Job Description:
- Handling Chat Process
- Resolving customer queries through mail within TAT.
- Responsible for Inbound calls and Outbound calls
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
Key Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
- Empathetic and customer-centric approach to handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate across departments.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software.
