Job Description

We are on the lookout for a competent individual who possess the four skills that defines a good speaker: FLUENCY. VOCABULARY. GRAMMAR. PRONUNCIATION, in order to undertake the task below.

Be it an automobile or a property claim, when a consumer suffers a loss, our Customer Service Associates are frequently the first to respond.

Our exemplary CSA's concentrate on making the customer feel comfortable, establishing expectations, and provide an outstanding experience in addition to obtaining the data that is required to process a claim.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Associate at webappclouds.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Among your daily responsibilities will include listening to the caller and making sure that literal data is entered to process a claim by upholding a high standard of phone etiquette.

  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in English

  • Ability to deliver a positive customer experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Prior experience in customer service would be of value
  • Knowledge of claims and insurance would be an incentive
