Customer Service Representative

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Tata Recruitment Services located in Gurugram. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by resolving customer issues, answering inquiries, and providing product information. The role will involve maintaining customer records, processing orders, and handling customer complaints.
