Position: Inbound Calling (Service Expert)
Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills in English:
Proficiency in English is a pre-requisite.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers on calls, displaying confidence, energy, and assertiveness.
Customer Interaction:
Communicate effectively with customers on calls.
Be confident, energetic, and assertive while conversing with customers.
Technical Skills:
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Hands-on experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus or Galileo will be an added advantage.
Problem-Solving Abilities:
Ability to handle complex situations efficiently and effectively.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work in shifts in a 24x7 operation.
Rotational week-offs as per process requirements.
Experience:
Prior work experience in Customer Service or Reservations in industries such as Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, OTA, or in a BPO will be beneficial and is an added advantage.
Additional Requirements:
The candidate must be adaptable and ready to handle a variety of tasks.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
