Job Purpose

  • To process and manage bookings
  • To process booking payments
  • To monitor guest activity from checkin to checkout
  • Provide assistance to the guests over calls
  • Respond to guest complaints

Required Qualification

  • Previous Call Center Experience / Customer Service is required.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication
  • Computer Literate
  • Good with Multi-tasking
  • Good Comprehension skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • UK working hours
