Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative at Sampangi Reality and Infrastructure Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer support. Your day-to-day tasks will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Knowledge of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh real estate market
