We are looking for Customer Support Executive for Dwarka location
Hiring for candidates who can handle customer queries and can help Customers with Technical or Non-technical queries over the phone.
Location: Dwarka
Working Days: 6 days a week (rotational off)
Work timings: Rotational 9 Hour shift between 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Package: 2.16 LPA
What we are looking for
Graduate or undergraduate pursuing graduation (Final Year)
Fresher's or Experienced with relevant experience
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Excellent Communication Skills (English & Hindi)
Basic Computer Knowledge
Customer focus and problem-solving ability
What you will be doing
- Helping customers with queries.
- Handling technical and non-technical queries.
- Problem-solving for various customers.
- Handling voice process.
