Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Bengaluru. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include answering customer inquiries, onboarding customers on Plus by explaining them about it's services & benefits, resolving customer complaints, convert leads into sales and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and tele-sales skills(preferred language Hindi & English)
- Strong command in Hindi and English(any additional language is a plus).
- Positive attitude and solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong ability to empathize with customers and provide timely resolutions to complaints
- At least 1 or more years of experience in customer onboarding & sales on calls.
- Experience in working in a Fintech company will be an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
