Job Description:

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for the night shift. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their insurance queries, policy information, claims processing, and other related tasks. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate assistance.

Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.

Providing information about insurance products, coverage details, and policy terms.

Assisting customers with policy renewals, claims processing, and other service-related requests.

Resolving customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

Previous experience in the Insurance field is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.

Willingness to work night shifts.
