*Roles & Responsibilities:*
- Answering incoming Calls from customer and addressing their queries or concern
- Providing product information, troubleshooting assistance and guidance on services
- Resolving customer issues promptly and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department
- Chasing customers on getting their documentation and updating the same on the CRM
*Expected Criteria:*
- Candidate should carry min 6 months to 2 Yrs. of experience with customer service.
- Candidate should be fluent in English Language.
*Qualifications:*
- Only Graduate candidates can apply
- Should be an immediate joiner
