Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Representative at MARWARI MARRIAGE BUREAU (www.Marwarimatrimonials.com) located in Indore. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about our services. You will also collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. This is an on-site role in Indore.
