Job Overview

Magnum Group, a leading BPO-BPM company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Bhopal. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels including chat, email, and phone. This is a full-time position ideal for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience. Join us and be a part of our mission to deliver outstanding customer support and drive customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients through chat, email, and phone interactions
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and general company information
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Escalate customer concerns to appropriate departments as needed
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators and targets
