Job Description: Customer Service Associate (Health care)
Location: Units of Alwarpet (Chennai), Kharghar(Mumbai), Whitefield (Bangalore), Coimbatore(TN) and Indore (MP).
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm
Working Days: 6 Days (WFO)
Salary: Rs.18000 Rs.20000/Month

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Associate with a minimum of one year of experience in Business Process Outsourcing (Health care) environments. **Responsibilities:**
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints with efficiency and empathy.
- Understand and effectively communicate product and service information to customers.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Follow up on customer interactions and ensure resolution satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service procedures and policies.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics regarding customer satisfaction, call resolution, and response times.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Uphold a positive company image through professional conduct and customer interactions.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or related field, preferably in a Health care environment.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume customer interactions while maintaining quality service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
