Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Service Representative role at Ienerzier, located in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information to customers, resolving customer issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
