Handle reservations, inquiries, and concerns via phone, email, and in-person.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs effectively.
Maintain a welcoming and clean lobby area.
Qualifications
Degree in hospitality or Hotel Management a related field is a plus.
Proficient in using reservation and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry. 6 months -2years
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is a plus.
Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.
